2. Data we collect
When you use our contact form or email us, we may process:
- Name
- Company name
- Business email address
- Website URL
- Project description and related optional fields
- Technical metadata such as timestamp and, where applicable, UTM parameters
We aim not to collect unnecessary sensitive information through the website.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process enquiry data to respond to partner conversations, assess project fit and, where relevant, enter into a contractual relationship. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a B2B delivery business and/or steps prior to entering into a contract (Swiss FADP / applicable EU GDPR where relevant).
4. Retention
Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by applicable law. [Define retention period.]
5. Recipients and processors
Contact-form enquiries are processed by HubSpot. HubSpot stores this data in the European Union. HubSpot also measures visits to this website and links them to those enquiries. The website is hosted by Vercel. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form for automated submissions. Cloudflare processes the technical data needed for that check. We may use other service providers for email delivery. Data may be transferred outside Switzerland only where appropriate safeguards apply.
See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
6. Analytics and cookies
HubSpot sets analytics cookies in your browser, including hubspotutk, so a visit can be linked to a contact-form enquiry. These cookies are not used for advertising. You can refuse or delete them in your browser settings.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection regarding your personal data. Contact us at hello@labsit.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
8. Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
